behavior: 'sticky' is positioning Tippeds poorly at first

Hi Nick,

I've got a small problem with using the behavior:'sticky' when creating a new Tipped instance.

I suspect that the problem is related to calling Tipped.create and then Tipped.show immediately afterwards.

Here's the issue. When creating the sticky instance it will immediately jump to the top left corner of the target element. Every other time it will work perfectly, i.e. mousing over the element again will position it correctly.

Is there a quick way to fix this or could you tell me where to look (roughly) in the source so I can check out what's happening properly?

Cheers!

Sticky positions a tooltip at the mouse the first time it mouseovers. Calling Tipped.create and Tipped.show after doesn't involve a mouse event, so Tipped can't position anything to the mouse.
